Congratulations to our amazing course maintenance team and Superintendent Wesley , who have kicked off 2020 by picking up yet another prestigious industry honor.

This year Bungool Golf Course has earnt a place in Golf Digest’s “Australia’s Top 100 Golf Courses” and Golf Australia’s “Top 100  Public Access courses”

We are very excited to say that both golf course’s are in excellent shape and continue to improve each and every day. This is primarily attributed to the hard work, dedication and determination put in by Wes and our green keeping staff.

The course team have been diligently working through this summers’ extreme conditions and have both golf courses in prime condition notwithstanding this record breaking weather.

If you haven’t played our courses recently, you should come play and experience golf at its finest.

Australian Golf Digest Top 100 Golf Courses

Bungool #64

A common theme among new courses is a stunning debut followed by a small decline. The Bob Harrison-penned Bungool course at Riverside Oaks on Sydney’s rural/urban fringe breaks the trend with a significant jump after a respectable debut in 2016. At times criticised for maintaining rough that’s too long, the course nonetheless remains a strategic excursion across a superior piece of land to the resort’s original layout

Golf Australia – Top 100 Public Access Courses

Bungool Golf Course – #39

The shuffling of dozens of courses within the top-half of this ranking has seen this Bob Harrison-designed layout drop four places in the list, but it actually received more votes from our judges than it did in 2017. The judges loved the strategic nature of the design and the quality of the playing surfaces

Gangurru Golf Course – #92

Riverside Oaks’ original course has moved up four spots in this rank on the back of better conditioning.
