COVID SAFE SCHOOL FORMALS

We are so pleased to hear the news that students will now be able to hold their school formal and celebrate the end of a very challenging year!

To make the process of organising your school formal easy, we have created a very special CovidSafe Formal Package for you.

About our Covid Safe Venue

• Our Venue capacity is 90 people, including teachers

• We have a well ventilated dance floor

• Sanitation stations will be set up throughout venue

• Tables will be set in accordance with 1.5 meter social distancing rules and max 10 people per table (see photos attached )

• All suppliers are to provide a Covid Safety Plan prior to arriving

• We have lots of room outside with beautiful views (and car spaces) for photo opportunities

The Formal package includes   

3 Course -$85.00 per person

2 Course -$75.00 per person

• 5 Hour room hire

• Additional room for photography / Photo-wall /Photo booth

• 4.5 Hour Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package

• A Mocktail for Students Upon Arrival

• Two or Three Course Menu (alternate serve)  

• Dance Floor

• Lectern, Microphone & Projector & Large Screen 

• Monday through to Friday only
