Join us in raising money to support communities affected by the recent bush fires & our brave firefighting services.
Money raised will be donated to Red Cross Disaster Relief & Recovery & the South Maroota Rural Fire Service.
We will also be inviting the South Maroota RFS as our special guests on the day.
This will give RSO & the local community the opportunity to thank the men & women from our local RFS for their amazing efforts in protecting our community and beyond.

HOW THE MONEY RAISED WILL HELP
The Red Cross Disaster Relief & Recovery
The Red Cross Disaster Relief & Recovery give immediate relief and support to firefighters, emergency workers, evacuees and communities by providing meals, bedding, care packs and cash grants.
Donations given to Disaster Relief & Recovery supports
• People at evacuation centres & recovery hubs
• Assists in covering expenses of volunteers
• Longer-term recovery programs in disaster-affected communities
• Psychological first aid to reduce trauma
• Emergency assistance (including cash grants to people who have lost homes in these bush fires)
South Maroota Rural Fire Service
The South Maroota Rural Fire Service work closely with other agencies on a day to day basis responding to a range of emergencies including residential fires, motor vehicle accidents and storms that occur within our districts. Since mid November the volunteer Men and Women of the South Maroota RFS have been working tirelessly to assist in the devastating bush fires across the Hawkesbury and working to keep our community safe.

We will be running Raffles and an Auction on the evening to raise money. Donations of any goods and services for the event would be greatly appreciate and acknowledged through our database on our website and social media.

Opportunity to display banners on tees & greens of 2 holes during the event & duration of the weekend following the event.
