Dear Members / Residents and Guests

While the greens are still a touch soft and slow, we will gradually reduce the height over the next weeks. After a few rolls, do expect a much quickly, smoother and firmer surface. Please do not complain to me about your occasional 3 putts.

As with Bungool, sadly the course is still under 4 meters of sand and mud, we are still waiting for the assessor to complete their damage report. I will keep you posted.

Since we only have one 18 holes in operation, and we are the only 18 holes facility within the local area, I do anticipate that the course will get fairly busy especially during the weekend.

My advice to you all will be get your booking in nice and early to avoid disappointment.

Meanwhile we are also going to trial a few things such as a two tees start, in order to accommodate the additional traffic.

We will have a trial run of a two tees start on the 17th of April and assess the impact on our operation and also the noise implication on our residents.

For those of you who had already booked your teetime on that day, we will adjust it accordingly. Should we have any issue, our friendly Proshop staff will contact you directly for options.

Once we have collected all the data, we will then make a decision moving forward.

We thank you for your understanding in these matters and look forward to seeing you all at Riverside Oaks Golf Resort.

Best Regards,

Tomy Lam
